Diamond cutting disc 1A1R 125 Edge Dry
45° Easy!
Cutting ceramic tiles at 45 degrees "chamfering" is the most common operation in finishing works. Many craftsmen do it manually with an angle grinder. Requirements for a diamond disc: sufficient rigidity of the body, at the same time softness of cutting, the ability to grind the edge.
The Edge Dry disc has exactly these properties. A wide double-sided diamond-bearing layer of 25 mm reinforces the body, makes it rigid. At the same time, the diamond-bearing bond with a "honeycomb" pattern of the layer makes cutting soft and highly productive. A large plane creates a "support" effect, directing the disc strictly in a straight line. Additionally, you can grind the edge of the end of the tile.
With such a disc, chamfering at 45° becomes a real pleasure!
The disc is produced with a diameter of 125 mm, a seat of 22.2 mm. It is used on an angle grinder without the use of cooling.

The data are given under the following conditions:
• porcelain stoneware, 10 mm;
• Ø 125 mm;
• serviceable angle grinder with a power of 1.4 kW, with a rotation speed of 11,000 rpm;
• air temperature +25 C°.
The data is for reference only. Under other operating conditions, the performance parameters may differ significantly
