STIGA was founded in 1934 in Tranås, Sweden, and began making lawn mowers in 1958. Today the brand belongs to STIGA Group, headquartered in Castelfranco Veneto, Italy. The company has subsidiaries across Europe and sells its equipment in more than 70 countries.
