KALETA is a Polish manufacturer specializing in equipment for mechanized plastering, filling, mixing and material delivery applications.
KALETA Construction Equipment Manufacturing Plant is a Polish manufacturer of construction machinery. The company states that its traditions date back to 1992. Its core specialization is equipment for mechanized application of building mixtures, with its manufacturing base in the Kraków area.
KALETA is not positioned as a general-purpose tool brand. Its product architecture is focused on preparing, mixing, conveying and mechanically applying plastering and finishing materials.
The principal KALETA product family is plastering machines. The manufacturer offers equipment for ready-made bagged dry mixes, silo-fed materials, ready wet mixes and mortars prepared directly on the construction site.
The KALETA 1S, 2, 3/3S, 4/4S, 5/5S, 6/6S ranges and special versions cover different mechanized plastering applications. Selected KALETA 150 machines are designed for mixtures prepared directly on site.
Selection should take into account material type, required output, power supply, hopper capacity, delivery pressure and distance, and whether silo operation is required. The key criteria are covered in how to choose a plastering machine.
KALETA's product range also includes dedicated filling and material-spraying equipment, including the 151, 152 and 320 families, as well as painting units such as KALETA 303 and PROFESSIONAL 310.
Depending on the exact configuration and material, KALETA 151-type equipment can be used with mineral and acrylic fillers, structural plasters, adhesives, finishing coats, thermal-insulation systems and selected protective materials.
Mixing equipment is another official KALETA product family. KALETA MIX-20 is a continuous flow mixer for factory-prepared dry mortars, while MIX-21 is a drum mixer intended for mixing ready-made or site-prepared materials with water or other liquids.
The corresponding broader ToolsArmenia range is available under construction mixers. For hand-held electric mixers, see how to choose a construction mixer.
KALETA also manufactures integrated configurations combining plastering machines with mixers or silo systems. The KALETA Silo 140 system, for example, is intended to transfer material from a silo to a plastering machine. The official range also includes KALETA 150 and 151 systems combined with MIX-20 or MIX-21 mixers.
This system approach is relevant where the workflow requires not only spraying the material but also continuous preparation and delivery.
KALETA supplies replacement components and original spare parts for its machinery. Pump assemblies, hoses, nozzles, mixing components and other parts should be selected for the exact machine model and according to manufacturer specifications.
The corresponding ToolsArmenia section is tool and equipment spare parts. KALETA also officially provides service support for its machines.
When selecting KALETA equipment, begin with the material and delivery method: ready bagged dry mix, silo-fed material, site-prepared mortar or ready wet material. Different applications can require different machine configurations.
Next compare output, power supply, hopper capacity, pressure and delivery distance, machine dimensions and weight, and any additional systems required for the job. Start with the plastering machines category.
