When processing ceramic tiles and porcelain tiles, you often need to quickly switch from cutting to grinding. Changing the disc to the milling cutter and vice versa takes a lot of time, and using an additional angle grinder is inconvenient. Having a tool with two functions on one grinder is a great solution!

The 1A1R PRO Gres milling disc has a wide 20 mm diamond-bearing layer on the front side. In addition to cutting, the wide layer allows you to effectively grind the end of the tile, grind irregularities, and perform curvilinear cutting.

The disc is especially effective when cutting tiles at 45 degrees, performing the "mitering" operation. The diamond-bearing layer additionally grinds the edge after cutting, forming a clean surface.

The disc works great together with the Slider 45 MECHANIC angle grinder attachment for cutting at 45 degrees. It is manufactured with an outer diameter of 125 mm, with a seat of 22.2 mm. It is used on an angle grinder 125 without the use of cooling.
