Hook and loop sanding discs attach to random orbital and wall sander pads. This section has 125, 150 and 225 mm discs with and without holes for wood, paint and automotive sanding.
Disc diameter must match the pad: 125, 150 or 225 mm. Read random orbital sander pad diameter and orbit size.
The hole pattern (8, 15, multi-hole) must match the pad for effective dust extraction.
Aluminium oxide suits wood and metal, ceramic aggressive sanding and silicon carbide paint and lacquer.
Work through the grits in order, e.g. P80 → P120 → P180, without skipping steps.
Connect a vacuum so dust does not clog the disc. Read essential power tool safety rules.
Replace the disc once it is clogged or worn.
